Zoom meetings
When you request an interpreter for a Zoom meeting you are already in, Signalmux stores the meeting number and the passcode you provide, solely so that an interpreter can join that meeting. Both are deleted with the call record under our standard retention schedule.
Signalmux does not record, transcribe, stream, store or analyse the audio, video or chat of your meeting. The meeting remains on your own organisation’s Zoom account and under your own organisation’s retention policy. We do not store Zoom account credentials or OAuth tokens.
Your data rights
You have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you and to receive a copy of it. You have the right to have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected, and to ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep. You may ask us to restrict how we use your information, or object to a particular use of it. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. You may also ask us to provide your information in a portable, machine-readable format, or to transfer it to another provider.
To exercise any of these rights, email admin@signalmux.com. We will confirm receipt and respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request, so that we do not disclose your information to someone else. Exercising these rights is free, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your request, you may complain to the privacy regulator where you live. In Canada, that is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. In the United States, your state attorney general’s office may be able to help.
